The minimum Tourist Tariff of Bhutan set by the Tourism Council of Bhutan will depend on the nature of services desired. This same rate applies for both the cultural tours and trekking expeditions. The tariff is inclusive of hotels, meals, transportation, guides, entry fees into historical monuments and porters or ponies (if trekking) but if you are going to use luxurious 5 star hotels then you must pay extras over the minimum normal tourist tariff.
