By next month December, the Bathpalathang domestic airport in Bumthang will be operational.
The construction of the Bathpalathang domestic airport is in the final stages.
Phala Dorji, the Director General of the Department of Civil Aviation, confirmed that “they have decided to start the first flight on December 17 coinciding with the National day.”
The domestic airport in Yongphula, Trashigang will also become operational in December.
